Show Notes
After taking the summer off, we're back - and we're not coming back exactly the same.
In this episode, we're sharing what the pause taught us, what we're loving, what we're learning, and what we're ready to let go of as we move into a new season. We talk honestly about motherhood, work-life balance, burnout, simplifying our lives, and the freedom that comes when we stop believing there is only one "right" way to do things.
We also explore a bigger shift we're both feeling: moving away from constant information and overconsumption and toward integration, authenticity, community, and actually listening to ourselves. Sometimes the next step isn't learning more. It's creating enough space to hear what we already know.
If you've been craving a reset, questioning what still fits, or feeling ready for a different rhythm, we hope this conversation reminds you that you're allowed to change, experiment, rest, and begin again.
Listen in and join us as we step into this next season together.
