Show Notes
What if nourishing our families didn't have to feel so complicated?
In this episode, we're talking with nutritional therapy practitioner and mom of three, Alex Golde, about making healthy family nutrition work in real life. Alex shares how her son's struggles with digestion, picky eating, and behavior led her to look deeper at gut health and ultimately changed the way she approaches wellness for her entire family.
We talk about building meals around protein, fat, and fiber, easy foods for busy sports seasons, planning without rigid meal prep, and helping our kids understand why we make certain food choices without creating fear around food. We also explore something moms often overlook: our own nervous system. From morning sunlight and deep breathing to simply eating enough, the foundations don't have to be complicated.
If you've been overwhelmed by everything you think you should be doing for your family's health, we hope this conversation helps you simplify, trust yourself, and choose one small step you can actually sustain.
Listen in and start there.
